Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Strap adjustment ranges and resulting drop measurements are stated on the quotation and are nominal dimensions subject to normal manufacturing tolerance; drop achieved in wear varies with the wearer and with how the bag is carried. Hardware material and finish are stated on the quotation; plated finishes are subject to wear in normal use and variation in shade between plating batches is a normal characteristic of manufacture. Materials described as vegan leather, faux leather or leatherette are coated fabrics comprising a polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride surface layer bonded to a woven or knitted substrate; the coating type and substrate are stated on the quotation and no representation is made that such materials are animal leather or that they will develop the characteristics of leather in use. Where goods are described as water-resistant, this refers to the performance of the coated face material only; zips, seams, strap attachment points and closures are not sealed, and goods are not waterproof, submersible or suitable for immersion. Features described as anti-theft, including locking zip pulls, cable-reinforced straps, slash-resistant panels and radio-frequency shielded pockets, are deterrent features intended to increase the time and effort required to access the contents; no representation is made that goods are secure, theft-proof or resistant to determined attack, and no liability is accepted for loss of contents. Radio-frequency shielded pockets are effective only for items placed within the shielded compartment. Ripstop constructions incorporate a reinforcing weave intended to limit propagation of an existing tear and confer no additional puncture or abrasion resistance; yarn denier and reverse coating are stated on the quotation. No claim is made as to any orthopaedic, postural or health benefit arising from the carriage of goods supplied. Decoration method is selected against the face material, and print applied to coated faces may be subject to wear at fold and flex lines; mechanically attached decoration is recommended and quoted where appropriate.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
